Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by SFT Santa Fe Tree Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

SFT Santa Fe Tree Services offers professional tree care services including tree removal, trimming, pruning, stump grinding, emergency services, land clearing, tree health maintenance, arborist consulting, and shrub trimming. All services are subject to availability and our professional assessment.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you give us and our initial assessment. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions encountered during the work. We will inform you of any significant changes before proceeding with additional work.

Scheduling and Cancellations

We will make every effort to complete work on the scheduled date. However, weather conditions, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances may require rescheduling. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance when possible.

Property Access and Preparation

You are responsible for ensuring clear access to work areas and removing any obstacles that may interfere with our equipment or crew. You must also inform us of any underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other hazards on your property before work begins.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, check, and credit cards. A deposit may be required for large projects. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

Liability and Insurance

SFT Santa Fe Tree Services carries appropriate liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to property, underground utilities not properly marked, or damage resulting from hidden defects in trees or property conditions not disclosed to us.

Permits and Regulations

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits required by local authorities for tree work on your property. We can provide guidance on permit requirements, but ultimate responsibility rests with the property owner.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. However, we cannot guarantee the survival of trees after pruning or other treatments, as this depends on many factors beyond our control including weather, disease, and ongoing care.

Debris and Cleanup

Unless otherwise agreed, our services include reasonable cleanup of debris generated by our work. We will remove major wood debris and leave your property in a clean condition. However, some minor debris such as sawdust or small twigs may remain.

Emergency Services

Emergency tree services are provided on a best-effort basis. During storms or periods of high demand, response times may be longer than usual. Emergency services may be subject to premium pricing.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
